A Very Special Place
Camp Crucis is a year-round Christian retreat and conference center. We provide a vast, peaceful place for different groups to get away from the noise and busy-ness of everyday life. Various church groups, organizations, private and public schools, non-profits, individuals, families and private groups come here to build relationships, learn and play. Some groups have special ceremonies and worship gatherings. Many return year after year.

A Christian Summer Camp

We are a Christian Camp, with Camp sessions for kids from 1st-12th grade all summer long. We also host retreats during the rest of the year.
Christ-Centered
We are devoted to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We display God's love as we serve at Camp Crucis. We are confident you'll encounter God in deep, transforming ways when you're here.
A Licensed Camp
We are licensed youth camp by the State of Texas through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
What does our name "Crucis" mean?
Crucis is the Latin word for cross. We are passionately followers of Jesus Christ and we take our identity Him and what He did for us at the cross.
